I do not think venture funding will suit your business. I say this with the highest respect.

VC funding, at least of the type that Blume does, is for companies that want to grow aggressively and scale very very fast. It is essentially rocket fuel for rocket ships. It forces companies to get on a treadmill of growth (and fundraising), and will not accommodate a model that desires to grow at its own pace.

This tweet from Benedict Evans is a good one to keep in mind.

At Blume (see our criteria at blume.vc/for-startups), a key requirement for investment is that over the next 8-10 yrs, we should believe that the company should be able to grow to a valuation of $500m (revenues of $50-75m). I do not see that as an easy possibility for your business.  The other criteria is that we like models with a strong tech spine, which you are not, but that is still secondary to the earlier criteria.

You should look at funding that allows room for slower more sustainable growth. VC funding in general, and from Blume specifically, won't be that.
